- Login EMQ X Cloud console (opens new window)
- Click the
Tickets
in the lower left corner
# Create tickets
- Click
New
in the upper right corner - Enter
Subject
andDescription
in the pop-up page
# View tickets
You can click Status
to filter the status of the ticket.
